PVP Event: Some guy - Lethal; Some other fish guy - Event Rare

Another underwhelming lethal. Another horrible rare. More Network Errors when trying to play.... anyone else care to jump on the Retirement Bandwagon?

Seriously? Another event already? I was pushing to try and get top 50 for one L, but really starting to get burnt out on the quick event turnaround. Not to mention the sun finally came out and hanging out with my girlfriend at the pool is much more enjoyable than fighting network errors.

Think I am going to hang back, get my 1.3 from natural regen, and enjoy this week.

Yes, if anything, the sub-par L's and quick event turn around times (anybody seeing a correlation between the two?) are definitely making it easier and easier to enjoy real life.

Probably gonna take my son to the zoo today for some animal, playground and splash pad time.

Even the new pact L is better. Lol.

So, how many of you guys are going to be playing strictly off of ammo regen with the occasional spending of mags during point boosts?

Well, I also plan to spend ammo only during point boosts and get the 1.3x multiplier.

Didn't like the L & rare. If I'm close to 50th place near the end, I may try to get one, otherwise waiting for raid.

Is it so hard for low levels too? If not, one could start a new account and swap some OPE mercs. Getting all L teams from win 4 on foward too. If you win a L I'll gladly take it from you. I like the art and skills.

Also, has anyone noticed a full-squad on the 3-team PVP selection menu and then in the battle only half of the other team shows up?

Yes I've encountered that too when I faced one opponent. They only had like 3 or 4 squad members when it showed five on the "choice" screen.

And glad to know that when it all ends, I can split a Twinkie with a cockroach and the Human Riff (but will I be able to tell the difference between the two?).

This is ridiculous. I was excited to see the PVP event had started when I woke up this morning, but then I lost my first match and the two matches after that due to not proccing, at all. Literally not one proc across three whole matches. I finally win one match only to be faced with lethal teams on my second fight. I pick one without a speed buff hoping to outrun it but once again, no procs. I had zero fun with this game today and I imagine I'm not alone in that. I won only a handful of matches all day and I'm sitting around 2,000 points. I'm running OPE Mecha Horde 2 - OPE Big Rig 2 - POPE Emp Samurai - POPE Big Rig 2 - NPE Lockdown V4 and I'm losing fights worth a mere 200 points. That's just not right.

EDIT: Apparently I've got around 5,500 points. Still, I'm usually way beyond that at 6 pm on the first day of a PVP event.

I will be very interested to see how much longer this will go on for. Hopefully the devs will see nobody is going to go full auto or purchase cans until they get rid of this lunacy and restore PVP to what it used to be.

We've got a membership to the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago and we love it, for the most part. No wi-fi that I know of, but I get a pretty good 4G connection there. Just gotta watch out for the peafowl roaming free around the zoo.

It's also a great place to watch fat, boorish Americans make insipid comments to one another while parading around and gawking at animals that, were it up to me, would be allowed to roam free while Fattie, his degenerate, scabies-ridden girlfriend, Whorlene and their brood of unwashed, illegitimate children did the rest of society a favor and stayed confined to an enclosed habitat.

Sorry. It was just that kind of day where you look around you and wonder why most of these people aren't confined to zoos or game preservations.

I just personally hate people I find life is easier to live that way.

Well, I can say I already lost interest in this event since I can't get behind streak 6 (and I already have to be very lucky getting there) when usually I get at least to 21 and higher. I actually hate collectible games where you have to have a special character/ card/ weapon or you're screwed. It's called imbalance. Yeah, I'm talking about blue bot. When every merc of the opposing team attacks before yours, chances are that you're going to lose. Aditonally we don't even have a full backrow formation where one could hide wisdom mercs. I started with the E.V.E event and no merc from that on can compete with the older ones, except maybe for Na'Lac (compared to Incinerator still crap). Lethals should of course be better than Epics but Epics in their group should somehow be balanced.

been looking at the daily rewards, if you can manage through natural regen and reach at least 150 wins, the reward actually seems pretty good. that is they actually give you all of them. last pvp I noticed I didn't get everything listed.

Got 1 cell from daily rewards when won at least 80 battles

@Dukekiwi Don't get into any battle after reset until u get your rewards. Otherwise u will get reward based on ur number of wins on board (after reset)

Yup, it's the same with crystal rewards in normal PvP. I already wrote support about it some time ago. They simply don't care (didn't respond and didn't change a thing)

Yeah, I purposely got to 150 battles and then just stopped. Wish there was a payoff at 200 battles instead of 250. That one is gonna be a little bit out of reach for me. Still, the 150 payoff is pretty nice.

And yeah, it does look like they went back to easier battles, though if you think about it, it probably wasn't intentionally done.

I think on the first day of PVP event when you're not in a group, all they really do is just move the Daily PVP over to Event, and then when the grouping finally starts, they insert in a completely different algorithm.

I love it when my phone decides that point boosts and SRB's are the best time to update the apps that I have on it.

yup theyr doin a right fine job of taking a great game/ concept and stripping its uniquity to remake BB

AHH the inherent greed of man showing through technology again... 

where developers can take the same coding to make 2 games and instead of branching apart they just slowly unify to have 100000 people who play each without realizing their dumping double the money on one game...

This is getting very boring. I'm still running into the smae opponents over and over and over and over and over. Most of the fights might as well be a coin flip. 1 can first time, lose. 1 can next time, win.

At least I'm finally getting a chance to level my last 4 CXB-1000U parts to get another PE. Just have to try and figure out what to do with all of the other mercs that I'm not sure I want to level.

id support the people exploiting the system if id never seen BB and the road this game is headed down. nope no catostrophic market crash like a real economy, just perpetual inflation from here on fueled by the greed of the devs and the stupidity of players more than willing to spend all their extra money on fictitious warhammer/mageknight immitation game pieces instead of dating or partying or at least a game that has enough popular demand that you can sell or consign at a card shop or another collectible broker

I got 26 players in my group .__. I thought the event description said up to 10 players not more then 10....

yea, thats how mine is too. theyr trying to make it much harder to get 1.3 infamy boost. they made pvp a day shorter and lowerrd the level group occurs at so ypu have to get double promotions every day to get 1.3 now only a select few willing to use the most ammo will get to 1.3

Havent had a single group battle yet halfway through 3rd streak of the day

now there is 37 players in my group n only 8 will get promotion. damn... i cant believe this is the first day group battle

Was tolerating all the other shenanigans, but now I'm getting network errors in the middle of point boosts, and can't complete battles. Gonna be stuck at #2 in my group, which would be ok if it weren't for needing double every day for 1.3. That, and I really haven't put in much.
