Proc Rate Update Analysis

So, I'm trying to make some sense of the new proc rates in todays update. Which cards have proc gains above the additional 15%? Which cards suffered losses or have been equalized with other cards of the same category? Which Elites are in the same category as Titanium War Stallion and have the slightly higher proc?

Lethal Mercs seem to have 70% across the board. Really Old epics have not changed. Newer event and pact epics have been dropped for buffs, raised for attacks to 45 or 50. Niobe for instance was dropped to a 45% proc rate.

The big winner here is Katie and her rocket ride. I can finally put her in my 3 man pvp team. Though, she is now useless in gates.

I can understand wasp. Changing Junker and deadland was silly. A 70% autoturret has to be an error. Niobe should have gone to 70%. Dick and Jane going to 45% for both skills is nice.

I feel sorry for anyone that got astro for raid. Still nice coming from the back row in pvp.

The L counter mercs and revenge mercs are all 70% which is insane.

Next raid is going to be out of control. So relieved my raid merc of choice got himself boosted.

I'm really bummed about Deadland Rider being handcuffed like that.  I use him a lot.  D&J is good compensation however.  The biggest thing is that this update makes the gap between E and L much wider now (higher stats, double action, and now higher procs).  Maybe one day I'll get one.  Are there any Lethals that did not get the 70%???

I'm annoyed that epic buffers like skilled martial got nerfed but it's nice to see my Katie Kong might get some play now.

I have noticed that Helio Assasin did not get the 70% proc on its buff skill. Any other Lethals in the same boat?

Helio is going to be changed back to 70%. Someone emailed Dakota about it.

That sounds great! That should fix the issue for Deadland Rider too.
