What is the rarest lethal?

What are the rarest lethal mercs in the post ban hammer frontier?

I'm guessing just by numbers it is probably biofuel Bengal. However they did take about half the nocturnal telepaths out of the game at the bans. I'm 99% positive they were arbitrarily banning banning people for anything they could to get them out of the game. I know Mac hagggard is pretty rare too.

How about Mindflayer? They seem to be far and few between. Were lots of them ban hammered?

Hellcat and Jackson are two lowest

I feel like I know where more hellcats are than biofuels. That may be me. Jackson is a good point though. Other than daed and duke who has been conspicously absent lately I don't any that made it through the bans.

After this last event I've a number more of these guys cropping up. People have them, you just never see them because they don't use them and can't get anything decent for them on the X. So they tend to sit on the bench.
