Since there is a striking similarity to BB I wonder if they will bring out Lethal in likes of the one named Scotching Marid whose skill is to raise skill proc rate of adjacent squad mate by 20% If they bring out something similar with a decent second skill like multiple attack or something... Ryback might be a happier man lol
dude, this current Lethal we are playing for has that skill. although it hits three random not four the modifier is doubled. so actually better in my opinion.

It's useless with the fucked up proc rates the game has during PvP events. I think even with a 99% proc chance u will still not proc as often as you would think you should
