Looks like she's about to go all silver surfer on my arse. Every time I see her on opposing team, I panic for a split second and then realize it's just nova.

Art has been picking up recently, but at the start it was really really good. It had it's duldrums, but the last few mercs (mostly the epics, the lethals have still been kind meh to me) have been cool looking.

Really all the mutant and horde types feel a little outdated.

Yeah the Rig needs some armor for that scifi feel.

honestly, the mutants are so tough to draw without making them look like the hulk or a zombie.

It is a tough bill for any artist. So I'll withhold harsh criticism for those.

Honestly I think that Daddly long guns could be on this list. For a lethal, I think he is pretty lack luster.
I'll think of some others honestly, if you just fixed big rig's face that would fix the most atrocious art in this game though haha. Ultra mutant isn't bad, neither is mecha horde in my mind.

I don't think they are bad per se, I just think they could do with an update.

Oh and this new lethal..... Yawn.... what kinda art is that. Set him next to the event epic and he just looks boring.

I don't know if the people designing the lethals are operating on a "less is more" mentality, but it doesn't translate well into this universe. It's sci-fi, things have to be crazy! haha

On that note, great job on the new Archangel, Dakota artist-person!

archangel is a definite win! I just with it was the lethal and the lethal was the epic, or even the event savage.

Archangel art looks great but is he not just an art variation of slice and blast ?

Now that you mention it there are some similarities. But I don't think they used the actual art over again, there is too much difference. They just used the same muse

it's a mix between cannon battlemaster and slice n blast...

I actually think Blazing Howitzer looks pretty sweet, he's an awesome mewtwo-looking alien robot with a flamethrower. I love it!

I loved this merc when I started, I wanted one soooo bad. But the PE ones were still going for like 50 res and by the time I had the dough they had all but disappeared. That said, if anyone has one with good stats lying around, I would still love to pick her up.
