Are drop rates lower during sales?

There's a well substantiated claim using recorded drops/coin rates that this occurs in Blood Brothers. Others have argued that it is just luck and confirmation bias.

Does this also apply to Fatal Frontier? Discuss.

I really dont trust what I read on the net, I just prefer trying by myself. As far as i could see from BB and FF there are couple things i can share:

- Never open packs during raid events unless you are after the elite fams
- Always open 10 packs at time
- Before going for a 10 coin usage use couple single coins first, if at least 50% of them give you an UC then proceed with 10 coins usage.

It does seem like I get poor pulls during PvP events but its probably all in my head

One thing is for sure; pull rates are 'streaky' meaning that when I get a good 10 pack I often get a bunch of other good 10 packs in a row. Likewise for bad streaks
