login problem

Hello,

I have got a Problem with logging into my fatal frontier account.
Since today i cannot login With my account anymore. At the beginning after writing my Nick an password the loadscreen appears and then a popup comes up and says:

"Network Not Available
Server communications error.
Plesse restart the game."

I already restarted the game and uninstalled it loads oft times, but it still doesnt work.
At blood Brothers it works and other accounts do work at fatal frontier except for this one.

Yeah. U probably got ban hammered. . That's what comes up on my screen.

I lost a lethal about 6 months ago cause it wouldn't let me log in with something to do with the event. wait till event is over and i guarantee you will be able to log in. It would keep giving me a network error message/

Well just ask yourself if you have been doing anything recently that could get you banned, if not, then its network errors

Clear your cache. Often helped for me. Not everytime though.

Min: did you ever get back in, or did that account fall into the black hole of the banned accounts?  BSP's suggestion works occasionally.  

Also, if you see on your settings screen that the data is about 300-600 KB you need to flush both cache & data so your device is forced to authenticate with the server.  

Finally, if you repeat trying to access the game, you might need to force your device to stop the game & kill any non-essential processes in order for the game to behave.

I find to keep things running right with FF I will do regular Force Stops and Clear the Cache. I usually don't have to uninstall. Running in the past on Samsung Galaxy S3 and now S4.
