When you look slice attack skill, he say attack 3 mercs. but if they are not right next to each other slice stop attack. And when you see lilith skill, he say attack 4 mercs, and with he skill, no problem, she can attack a marcs on the left and one on the right. yet they have the same definition of power. neither can not say random attack. lol i dont know if i was clear^^

It was super unclear, but this about the third or fourth case of this happening recently. They have stopped specifying what kind of attack it is in the skill description. I don't know why, but it is frustrating.

A cone attack should have at least 300% damage. 80% for a lethal is a joke.

Yeah, slice and blast is potentially the worst lethal to date. If I had a vibriss, I wouldn't trade it for one. The shield is good, but that attack skill! egads.
