FYI. I pulled Elite cells x3 and got crap mercs x2 plus a Skyhook r1. A move in the positive direction.

I think it is great. Of the 100 plus elite cells I've used. I've never gotten anything worth a shit. About time they clean out the crap.

H-problem is that Skyhook isn't in the Exchange yet, as far as I can tell...so its going to be very hard to make 8n1s.

I pulled about 150 novice and 150 veteran yesterday trying to get an Amani v1 to finish my build, and got the following:
- 12 Matriarch rares, 6 matriarch epics.... wtf? tone down the drop rate on these or something - Masked Ronin E1 - Space Cutter E4 - Odin E3 - D&J R1 - Corp Bouncer E2 - 295 garbage mercs
