I think he's cool enough looking to keep just to have. If you make an 8n1 a lot of mercs that don't go for a lot at first will go for a good amount after a couple months of rarity.

Somewhere between 100% and 150%, since it's 'Dealing ATK Damage', think it also has 30% Silence affliction. Worth getting, that will depend on the final 8in1 stats.

You cannot base the modifier on the description any more. Surely abyssal has taught us all that.

So has anyone been putting him thru the paces to see what, if any modifier this guy has? Since I have not caught ANY with ME's I'm a little behind on where this guy falls. Somewhere between 0 - 500% does not really help too much.
