Bulletstinger Bugged?

I have been hearing people say their Bulletstinger is bugged. I have 2 lvl99 Bulletstinger v1s and the skill appears to be working properly. When buffed by OPE primarch, the auto-attack damage is 22K, skill is 32-35k.

Edit: My multiplier is 1.13.

Can anyone comment on the V2's skill? Thanks.

My V2 buffed by a single Pack Primarch auto attacks for 22k, skill for around 28k-31k...Hmmmmm

Something isnt right imo, my prawns do more dmg per proc than my stingers

can also confirm
my PE Prawn deals 100-110k per hit procesing during full-auto,
OPE200 Bulletstinger deals about 90k per hit..
both in same squad, same position

so something is messed up

Pretty bloody annoying, they better get it fixed.. my prawns cost under 20ac.. shells somewhere between 80-100 ac.. ( 2 of each)

has someone bothered sending them an email, through facebook, phoning them, sending a carrier pigeon or whatever about colossus and stinger ?

I was wondering if there were even more mercs (those relatively new to the game) with bugged damage against raid boss.
For example Lucion. 14k WIS x1.5 x 5... theoreticaly 100k damage per proc. When buffed by Tigrey, he should do 37.5 x 5 DMG per proc. The reality was somewhere about 50k unbuffed and 100k buffed.
