With the new rules we cannot trade as we usually do (scrap for offered and return, gift the res)?, because we may be banned? I dont understand clearly the rules, pls explain me.

I traded a rare for a Lethal and an Epic, then sent res.

I haven't been banned, but the participant was.

Whether it was for that reason, we still don't know, but there is no explanation to his ban.
