May RAID issue

Wow! What happened with them shutting down the Maelstrom RAID event early? I noticed that I can still cash in event cells (and got event UC mercs). I was saving ammo to push for the last couple SRB slots, but that can't happen now. Not too happy.

I am also disappointed with the developers response to the issue. I understand that it would be the top ranking players that stand to lose the most from a premature end of the event, but to just slightly expand those who get a Lethal reward and give them two Lethals seems to be neglecting the rest of the player base who were counting on the last 10 hours of play time to farm more resources or try to get more points for themselves and their allies. I know that it's unlikely that any particular person would be likely to significantly change their rank, but it is possible.

I also found it slightly disturbing that despite the fact that so often we have to wait a while after the end of an event to get our rewards and even longer for being allowed to trade event mercs for this event all that happened in a very short time frame after they shut down the event.

However, they did not shut down the event specific offers in the Exchange. I hope no one wastes money on purchasing mercs that are pretty much worthless now.
