I have recruited 70 cells (novice/veteran) and received a rare every 10 pack today. Some actually being decent.

I think the hit rate is up to give the ios users some decent fams quickly. That is more rares than I usually pull in a week from map pickups /pvp.

Just pulled 30 fission cells and 30 radiant cells and not a single rare. Must just be you.

usually if you get a rare you have to keep going ! I realize that if you got on a streak you need to keep going but if you dont open anything the first 30-40 you need to stop and wait till tomorow. works for me. If i pull a rare i usually get 6-7 in a row! if i dont get a rare i dont get for 6-7... could be coincidence.

90 coins of boths type, 1 boomer, 4 crappy */** rare, rest are craps. Boomer's gone for 1 BE +1ammo. well, i guess i have to pursue myself that's ok
