I have. I asked if they would put widow in the cells. They said they can't put fams from the events in cells.

It took me five days just to get a response about how they will respond in five days.... That was seven days ago.

Must just be me.

It has now been fourteen days since my first email was sent.

I have never seen this poor of a support team with any kind of business before.

You should work in the IT business I see it all the time. Usually anything dealing with the general crowd instead of specialized workers have a far faster turn around time.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of the "SD card is full or not accessible" message so I can play again. This has happened to me before and their support was to delete the .ngmoco folder in my phone and reinstall FF. I did that and it didn't work this time. Nothing is wrong with my SD card. I sent them a message and got no response. Please help I was ranked 170 in the event and I couldn't play the last few days..
