I just faced a L called deadeye Doug... its a lethal that can turn lethal2. don't know how he got it but its safe to assume it was probably from a skill pact. will post pictures after.

hes decent... hes only 1 attack and not that fast but good atk. His proc will ohko tho.

You can add 550 stats if you crystals it for 2/100c

I like the fact that he's not better than event rewards. He's better than most Epics, to be sure. But at least you don't HAVE to buy tons of this guy to stay competative. He's just a bonus squadmate that can bring something to the table for players looking at getting Lethals without having to win event.
