I can make 2 PE, 1 PE and 2 4n1, 4 4n1, sell them for resources, or let them appreciate.
What would you do with them?
There's not much difference between a PE and a 4n1 IMO since its usefulness hinges completely on its procing.

it dpends on your build, if you running wisdom build i would try to flip all of them for sirens if not i would make 1 pe and sell the rest for res to buy the next few event rares or use for next event.

I would make 1 pe and hold onto the rest until a good offer is thrown up in exchange.

2 x 7 plus 200 crystals. The buff is based off of wisdom so you want that value as high as possible. You need to also keep in mind his pe attack is very high so he will beuseful even if he doesnt proc.
