The pair with the highest wisdom. Without knowing what your particular evos have, FG and GP have the highest potential for pure attack. If that is all you are looking at? Overall damage Santa hits twice and can proc stopping power while Mordeo may keep people alive another turn or two against a raid boss. Raw attack power doesn't always equal total damage.

Which two will u pick

For Raid bosses? FG and Mordeo. Assuming you aren't buffing savages. Otherwise FG and Santa.
For Pvp FG and Santa.
Towers, probably doesn't matter.
