Lacerto vs. Primarch

Hey guys. We have new support merc lunched as a reward from latest event and I started to wonder how is he compared to our old attack buffer: Primarch.

First of all:

Do you know what's the buff stats are?

I wonder - Maybe better option is to build 2x 4* MOrdeo Mutants instead of 1 perfect one? What do you think?

Which of that mercs are better? What do you think?

I assume the Lacerto buff will add 9036 ATK and DEF (100% of its WIS) to adjacent.

Hes slow as a slug but that DEF boost could win you many battles

Pair an OPE Mordeo with a Junker War Marshall atk reduction debuff, and you should be able to beat most turret/mutant teams.

So in overall terms do you think it's better than Primarch?

If you could advice me:
Is it wiser to make 2 of them and use in tandem with other ATT familiars like meta's and turrets?
Or make 1 OPE one and still using 85% of PE Primarch?

It will prob be better than primarch, it depends on if the ATK buff is high enough to insure OHKO from turret/meta attacks

Raids
I would pick primarch do to the higher atk buffer

Tower
I would pick lacerto for the def in order to use less resources.

Pvp
It depends on your setup. So undecided on this one.

I think Primarch has the speed and Wis edge in PVP, Lacerto has the better buff for Raids if your not using all outs, and either works well enough in tower, Lacerto more if you need the defense. Personally, neither is going to make it into my lineups except against raid bosses with Fro-go in the mix but I really like Lacerto for when/if they ever let us feed units abilities to our leaders...

What is the modifier on Lacertos? 100 percent seems unbelievable to me. The wiki needs to be updated.

Btw he has 14.820k ATK , That is amazing! And if he procs he has almost 25k atk , which will 1hit most first and second row if he is in front.

Yeah, if he didn't go after everything else worth a dang in pvp, he could be a contender.

That is a lot of support to make him shine, and I don't see him outperforming fro-go in that spot. Let us know if he outshines frosty.

well my band is going to be sam-rig-mor-rig-sam. i like the buff to protect the rig and given them good atk.

What will fit better in my squad? Big rig v2 or lacerto.

i think you should try turret-golem-rig-mordeo-queen, i would not run dutch he is just too weak. Rig could benefit from the triple buf and wreck on the double attack and have a good def.

Can anyone confirm that Moredo buff has 100% wisdom multiplier, i.e, 9K ATK + DEF?

Yes. According to the json, the modifier attribute is wis and the value is 1 (or 100% ). Same modifier as primarch/golem ATK buff but for DEF as well.

It should be noted, however, that since Mordeo's wis is lower than primarch or golem, it will be a smaller increase in damage.

My analysis of that is that primarch will increase 14k att and mordero will increase a total of 19k stats split.in two. It is useless to.kill a unit with 24k damage when he has 14k health. Therefore, I think mordero is way better than primarch if the def buff allow to take at least one more hit per squadmate.

The agility of both means they will be the last to move in most tier 1 fights, so an advantage there doesnt mean much.

Mord can hurt if the buff doesnt happen while the primarch would hit like a wet noodle.

Mord buffs def and attack while primarch only buffs attack...

Is this really that debatable?
