Why is the beatch so cheap? She is not THAT bad and is quite cool looking too. Ability modifier is probably 100%, right?

Maybe the market movers want to buy theirs cheap before they say that she's worth something ...

If the skill does not have any modifier terminology (heavy, very heavy, massive, extreme ...), then it's 100%.

Don't be so sure, there are quite a few instances where the skill was without a modifier terminology but had a 150% modifier. Also, "heavy" terminology was tied with a 150% modifier.

I've been leveling mine, and I'm quite sure she's 100% or 120% max, but still, she's the fastest epic so far, so she's decent for pvp.

Red Phantom V2 (a two-turn one-hit kill, if he lives through first round) and Psycho Typpo (200% of ATK to one) are both equally as fast, if not faster. Biggest difference is the aforementioned are literally one-hit wonders, whereas electra can hit 3 times.

Electra is a slightly weaker (if the mod is only 100%) version of Archangel STK, but significantly cheaper ATM.

Oops. I though the mod structure was the way the table was laid out a while back:

no words - 100%
heavy - 100 to 200%
very heavy - 200 to 300%
extreme - 300 to 400%
massive - 400 to 500%

Since the Dakota characters have been monkeying with so many of the underlying algorithms, I haven't even worried about these things.

Another edjumication lesson ... hehehe

Which is why not having JSON information is such a drag, as now we have NO idea what kind of skill modifier exists unless we have the merc and field test it.

Wow, we all get to be Beta Testers for Dakota. Well that another 300 or so FTE's on their design team as far as I'm concerned.

So when are we getting our 1099's for our work?

Yeah the Elektra looks really cool! I love the colors on V4, trying to make one also. I noticed that having the initiative in pvp gives you a higher chance of winning. does her ability to weaken attacks stack? I have heard of debuffs and buff stack, will her attack just like Cyclops stack?
