4 man tema or higher?

so iam level 60 by now and i have seen ppls with a 4-5-6 man team and i have seen ppls with these setups even at and around level 50, what gives i would like to know how do i get this ?

As you advance through the map areas you unlock 4 and 5 man formations. Level has nothing to do with it

4 man is unlocked in the Unknown Lands area

5 man is unlocked in the Bitter Descent area
