Temporal Blast = Delay of Game, this guy is freaking awesome. I cant wait to use him for grinding lvl 10 in tower. having this skill proc after all those exciting pre-battle buffs from the opposing team is just bound to make the speed and intensity of this game go thru the roof! Oh wait i just looked outside and you wont believe this but I think there's grass growing...I gotta get out there and watch this shit! (palm...approaching...face...at....break...neck....speed....cant....avoid....collision....)

I wouldn't worry about it, it's only a 20% proc chance. You'll never see it happen thanks to their love of proc manipulation. His only saving grace is his 16k+ agility which means he might get an auto-attack in before he's facerolled.

Don't laugh at that time element. Hate to admit I lost a few battles due to the 'Decision' junk. Ducking the one hit wonders and beating them with wet noodles may still win the day. And a win is a win, even when they are ugly 'girl-y slap fests' (apologies to any ladies out there).
