Torpid Controller's Buff Skill -- Broken ?

The lethal's buff skill Bolstering Wave says: Pre-battle, emit aura that heavily increases WIS and DEF for 3 random allies until caster dies.

My experience when leveling him: 80% buff 2 allies, 10% buff 1 ally, 10% buff 3 allies.


Another Metadata issue ?

Maybe he buffed twice a single unit

The animation doesn't look like that though.

And as a side note, if a merc is buffed by Torpid's buff, the same merc doesn't get buffed again by another Torpid's buff, probably to prevent chain buffing.

So I highly doubt that a merc is buffed twice or three times.

making a awsome merc at first look so everybody spends there money on getting it
then nerf it MUHAHAAAA

     

A skill that kills only back row even if V formation and a buffer that chooses who and when to buff. Like I said before he's a 3-350 Res merc. Idk where or why people thought this was a god tier merc.

I think the Age of God Tier Lethals is over Arth. (Which poses a dilemma but should be subject of another thread)

It's just that people love buffers and especially WIS buffers after Hellcat/Nocturnal I guess.

And I don't think it is a God tier merc but not a subpar one either.
