current crackdown on botted and hacked brain eaters says that it all could be up in the air.

Who knows, if the hackers get banned and the game is really limited to just the BE that is bought (since I think they removed it as a chest reward, don't think I have won one for like 4 months) then the price could go up higher than even the mobacoin rate, as you can get the other resources for free.

Every time I traded AC to BE it was ratio 1 : 1 so I'm not completely sure what I should expect.

Botters get PS and BE for free, but they need to trade for AC, so they were willing to flood the market with cheap BE to AC trades.

Anyways, yes, there are botters. I'd say don't buy resources from them, but it wouldn't do anything. While I sit on the back of my moral high horse the state of the game is such that those people who can more easily compromise themselves will always have a huge competitive edge by using next-to-free botted resources.
