Hello all

Just wanted to say hello. I've been playing FF for a couple months now very casually (maybe turn it on once a week) but have been getting into pretty regularly now. Mostly a lurker and reading a lot trying to learn as much as I can. This is one complicated game. Still trying to figure out some of the lingo too. Any help with fam or res would be appreciated.

Are you asking what fam and res mean? Or are you asking for free fams and res? If the former, fam = familiar and is a term from Blood Brothers, in FF they are more commonly refereed to as mercs or mercenary. Res = resources, the catch all term for Ammo Canisters (AC), Power Shots (PS) and Brain Eaters (BE). As for free fams or res, I'm not the one for that, maybe some of the wealthier players can help you out.

Wasn't looking for free stuff just a definition of the terms.

Fam = familiars or mercs (mercenaries, the characters we use and fight against.

Res = resources IE ps = power shots, BE = brain eaters, AC = ammo cannisters

Here is my current setup.  Any advice and pointers would be appreciated.  
I have the 5 man ^ formation (bought if for the 1000 moba-coin before I found out I could get it through completing levels) and it consists of

Red Wasp Lvl 15/20 07/70, crdnl dual gunner v2 1/20 70/70, duke masterson 20/20 69/170, skyscrapper v2 10/20 1/70, yellow wasp 15/20 70/70

I also have in my deck a cardinal, green wasp, whip junked female, incomplete vulture and a dire blades.  Any suggestions of who to move around?

I know it takes time but I can't seem to get ahead.  I have 20ish magazines, but keep on using them during the pvp events trying to stay even.  I've ranked 1000-1500 in the last few events.  Any suggestions on how to store up ps, be's and canisters?  I do have around 200 mind erasers and 100 FAK's

Today is ur lucky day. Put that skyscraper for mecha horde v2 n post here when done. He will be a beast when put side dual gunner n he will be urs :+)

Tower event is a good starting spot for beginners, since you'll most likely have the power to finish zone 5 over and over (if your mercs are all leveled and 20/20 skill). Then try to fetch as many tower bosses as you can (1 BE is free at event, use it when +50% capturebonus is active). You can get lucky and get 8 for a petfect build. A pure free player takes a long time to get Tier 1/2 Epics but it's possible. Most people invest in 2-3 midclass mercs via spending money I'd say. Climbing the ladder gets accelerated a lot then.

Ok its done.
Alwayz put the crdnl dual gunner in between the mecha horde n keymaster whatever formation u use.

U need to lvl up the mecha horde. The keymaster is already lvl up n 50 crystalled.
N congrats for ur squad's potent has been boosted my 500%

In time u would like to get a big rig n put
keymaster-dual gunner-mecha horde-big rig-green wasp.
(i m not sure. Green wasp is agility hitter rite)

Or just get another crdnl dual gunner for time being. If u yell out loud in this forum i m sure some one will get rid of their crdnl gunner
